After completing her BA(Hons) degree in Music Theatre Jenny gained valuable performance experience with various
theatre companies by taking leading roles in productions such as Phantom of the
Opera, West Side Story, Fame, The King and I and Blood Brothers before embarking
upon a solo career performing all over the world.
However, it was a chance meeting with Manchester-based business, music guru, and manager
Perry Hughes that convinced her that music really was her future when he
immediately asked her to join his Roots Music Group
Artist Academy to continue her development under the watchful eye of acclaimed
opera star and recording artist Jon Christos, with whom she
continues to study.
So impressed with her abilities, Jon and Jenny have formed a unique collaboration. As
the only current duo in the classical-crossover genre, Jenny and Jon have been
exploring, recording, and performing repertoire with their own unique sound and style.
Jon and Jenny performed at the Inspiration Awards for Woman at London's Cadogan Hall and then flew over to the USA to perform at Royce Hall in Los Angeles.
Vital funds were raised for two Breast Cancer charities - Breakthrough Breast Cancer and Komen for the Cure.
